If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, in its original packaging, for a refund or an exchange. Clothing must be returned in unworn condition. Please notify Pop Alchemy by email at info@popalchemy.com prior to returning or exchanging any purchase to indicate your request for a refund or to make an exchange. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.
Pop Alchemy reserves the right to not accept a return or exchange if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Pop Alchemy is positive.
